Hi, I'm Sukhdeep.
I spent the last 24 years in enterprise software and online marketing, most recently as a program manager. I got into the laundry business in 2023 through a dry cleaning operation, and in 2024 took over a laundromat in San Jose. What I've noticed working in this industry is that many small business operators — single-location gyms, one-chair dental offices, family-run senior care homes, and local pet boarding operations — are underserved by commercial laundry. The big vendors are built for chains and large facilities; the alternative is whoever's available locally with a van.
I'm trying to do something in the middle.
